Everyone needs something to brighten up the day or needs an energy boost, especially useful when you can't spare time for a lunch break during a long day of work. Try your hand at making the this trendy instagrammable drink - Dalgona Iced Coffee.
Made with equal parts instant coffee, sugar and water that's whipped to sit atop a glass of milk like a big and foamy hat.
INGREDIENT:
Instant Coffee
Sugar
Water
METHOD:
Add 1 Tbsp of Instant Coffee, 1 Tbsp of Sugar & 1 Tbsp of Water into a bowl/cup.
Using our handy Egg Whisk to beat the mixture till foamy. (*est. 400times)
Turn the bowl upside down and if the mixture stays and doesn't drip, the mixture is ready.
Pour some milk into a glass and add some ice cubes.
Scoop the foamy mixture and add atop the milk.
Shoot, stir and drink! Enjoy!
