We Are Hiring!

We are looking for a bubbly individual to support sales outreach and order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate is meticulously organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for wedding and event management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. Diploma or A level & above
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Customer service oriented and friendly

Professional and polished with the ability to build and maintain relationships in an upscale environment.
- Flexible in being present during events in the evening & weekends

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Outreach to and cultivation of relationships with customers
- Attend industry events & shows to meet customers & business partners

- Responds promptly to all inquiries, lead referrals, and existing clients in a timely manner, resulting in documentation of all communication.

Manage order fulfilment: 
-
Coordinate all sales/order correspondence from proposal/quotation

to contract to follow-up.
- Check & proof-read orders
- Assist with jobs, planning, timelines, and details

This is a FULL TIME / Permanent position

• Monday to Saturday (5.5days)

Qualifications & Skills:

Responsibilities & Duties:

 

Accounting:
• General Accounting duties such as invoicing, AR/AP, internet banking, bank reconciliation, general ledger and petty cash.
• Perform month end and year end closing within given timeline
• Liaise and prepare reports for audit purpose
• Prepares schedules/reports for Management reporting
• Manage quarterly GST reporting
• Process and record sales, suppliers, services providers, invoices, receipts and payments, etc
to accounting system

Administrative:
• Handling communications with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Liaise with other department on customers’ needs.
• Assist in the day to day operations of the Office with some Ad Hoc duties from time to time.
• Provide support in weekly packing and delivery.

This is a FULL TIME / Permanent position

Responsibilities & Duties:

 

[PURCHASING]

  • Obtain competitive quotations from local/overseas suppliers

  • Negotiate for best margin as well as better credit terms

  • Generate and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers

  • Follow-up and monitor shipment from local/overseas suppliers

  • Liaise with Logistics Dept for shipment status

  • Prepare, update and monitor Delivery and Procurement Schedules

  • Follow-up payments to suppliers with Accounts Dept

  • Evaluate and develop new vendors

  • Handles all stores related issues such as goods receipts and good issues.

  • Handles proper location of inventory and inventory control and reporting

  • Perform monthly cycle count

  • Perform shipping/delivery including packing work

  • Housekeeping

[ADMINISTRATIVE]

We are looking for a high energy and resourceful intern to support in design and artwork fulfilment. The ideal candidate is passionate about wedding, design and DIY culture.  Support editorial content and social media outreach.  A must to have illustration and graphic design background.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College student or recent graduate

  • Detail oriented, strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge in Adobe software applications & photography skills.

  • Creative and able to think quickly on his/her feet

  • An independent worker as well as a team player

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Desktop publishing

                Support in proof checking artworks

                Create FA for production

                Assist in print production

  • Marketing + event support:

              Assist in event planning

              Attend & set up booth in industry events & shows

              Assist with executing styled shoots and other marketing projects

              Promote events on social media + outreach to local media sources
              Assist in marketing collateral such as posters, postcards, swag, etc.
