APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

All appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system or by contacting our office directly.

Please note that appointment bookings are subject to confirmation by our Sales Manager. We strive to revert within 3 business days.​ If you do not hear from us within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or call us at +65 6336 2505.

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment upon confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please arrive on time for your appointment. As our appointments are back-to-back without intervals, your punctuality is deeply appreciated. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and reschedule the appointment.

In the unlikely event that an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will give you as much notice as possible and a new appointment will be rescheduled.

If you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you call at least 1 day in advance at +65 6336 2505 between the hours of
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm EST
Closed on Sundays and Public holidays

HEALTH AND SAFETY
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to you.

By default, the meeting will be conducted via Zoom (video conferencing tool), if in any case that you require a face-to-face meeting, kindly indicate in the booking request form.​

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us and we are adhering to MOH guidelines and taking necessary precautions.

Safe Entry (a: Are currently not under a quarantine order, stay-home notice; b: Have not had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days; and c: Do not have any fever or flu-like symptoms.)

Temperature Screening (Visitors who are unwell, including having a fever upon temperature screening, will be refused entry to the premises and will be asked to reschedule their appointment.)
