Appointment Booking Policy

Terms & Conditions

By default, the meeting will be conducted via Zoom (video conferencing tool), if in any case that you require a face-to-face meeting, kindly indicate in the booking request form.

Please note that appointment bookings are subject to confirmation by our Sales Manager. We strive to revert within 3 business days.​ If you do not hear from us within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or call us at +65 6336 2505.

As our appointments are back-to-back without intervals, your punctuality is deeply appreciated.

In the unlikely event that an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will give you as much notice as possible and a new appointment will be scheduled.

As appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. If you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you call at least 1 day in advance at +65 6336 2505 between the hours of 

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST 

Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm EST

Closed on Sundays and Public holidays

For face-to-face meeting, kindly note that only a maximum of 2 persons will be allowed entry. Any other visitor that accompany you will be made to wait outside the building and will not be allowed inside for any reason.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us and we are adhering to MOH guidelines and taking necessary precautions.

 

  1. Safe Entry (a: Are currently not under a quarantine order, stay-home notice; b: Have not had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days; and c: Do not have any fever or flu-like symptoms.)

  2. Temperature Screening (Visitors who are unwell, including having a fever upon temperature screening, will be refused entry to the premises and will be asked to reschedule their appointment.)

  3. 1m safe distancing.

  4. Face masks are required at all time.

  5. Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings are made on a first come first served basis and participation is only guaranteed once we are in receipt of full payment.

In the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled, we will give you as much notice as possible and you will be offered the choice of an alternate class or you may request credit or transfer of payment to another class. We will not be liable for any other expenses that you may incur such as associated accommodation or travel.

The class descriptions are to be considered a guide only. We reserve the right to alter the class content, ingredients, tools and/or materials used, date, time and price within reason and only if necessary.

If you do not show up during the class, all payment will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that no refunds will be given for cancellation. If you have a valid medical reason which makes you unable to attend our class, you are welcome to either send someone in your place or attend an alternate class of same value, kindly let us know 5 days in advance to the published class commencement time. Class reschedule will be done only once.
