Return & Exchange Policy

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  • Customized and personalized item (items which has been customized based on your specific requirements)

  • Sale and value buy items (items on discount)

  • Products obtained from sources other than Dreamweavers Online and outlets (original invoices must be provided)

  • Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, caustic substances etc.)

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes

  • Products that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear

  • Products that have been altered or soiled

Except for the above,

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  • Products with manufacturing defects

  • Products that are unused and unworn

  • Products in the original state of packaging and original tags attached

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of Dreamweavers Pte Ltd.

Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.

Steps to Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your product and the above return/exchange policies are met:

  • Contact our customer service at

  • Provide our customer service your order details and reason for exchange/return

  • Insert your invoice into the return parcel and seal the parcel

  • Proceed to the nearest postal service to post your returns

  • Provide our customer service the postal company and tracking number of the return parcel

  • Delivery fee for return items are to be borne by the customer

  • Return/exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned product

Once your return has been received:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received by our head office for your exchange/refund to be processed.

  • A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfills our return/exchange policies before processing

  • An exchange is subject to stock availability

  • In the event where the exchange stock is unavailable, you may opt for: Exchange with a different item or Refund

  • You will be updated via email once your return is successful


  • Refunds will be made in the form of store credit

  • Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice excluding shipping and other charges from your initial order

  • The refund will be credited into your Dreamweavers account within 2 business days once it has been approve
