These fruitti felt coasters are an easy, no-fail beginner craft project you can make really fast. With just a few craft supplies, our free printable template and you will be able to make some summer fun coasters. These cute and colorful craft is a perfect summer fun project, definitely great for a weekend craft-therapy for you to make with and for kids too.

Felt fabrics
A pair of scissors
Bobby Pins
PDF pattern (below)
UHU Glue
Directions:
Select the design you want, then download the PDF and print it out at 100% or full size.
Cut out the traced patterns.
Layering them accordingly and glue them on.
Repeat with the other fruit slices.
With these free template, you can make these summer felt fruitti coaster in just a few minutes.
Tips:
There are 2 ways to use the template and cut out the shape; 1) Use a bobby pin, pin the printed template on top the felt fabric and start cutting out by following the line; 2) Print the template on a hard or semi-hard cardstock, cut out the desired shapes first, then place it on top of the felt fabric and trace it out using a pencil, thereafter cut out the traced line. If you opt for this method, just cut out the seeds freely and manually instead as the seed sizes are too small which can be difficult to cut out on hard cardstocks.
If you have print the template on cardstock, cut out the shape first, use bobby pin to secure on the felt (*This will depends on how thick is the cardstock you use) or use a pencil to trace the shape , then proceed to cutting out the shape. If you print the template on normal paper, you do not have to cut the shape first before pinning it to the felt.
Cutting out the seeds can be a little challenging especially younger kids. While this is a great craft activity to train their motor skills, however you may also color the seeds on the felt with a black permanent marker too.
