Class Dates: 14th March 2021 In this 6 hours masterclass by Chef Amber from Yume Patisserie, learn how to make your own Yuzu Green Apple cake with cherry blossom design. This cake is refreshing and tarte with a slight crunch from the real apples, you will be in for a treat if you are a Yuzu Lover. In this class, Chef Amber will demonstrate how to make the perfect Yuzu cake using only natural ingredients, she will proceed to show how to make a fluffy Italian meringue elderflower buttercream. You will learn how to make your own Yuzu Green Apple Compote using fresh green apples, and Chef Amber will impart you the knowledge on how to ensure your compote remains fresh and delicious for your cake. Next, you will learn how to coat a ombre cake and finally create a realistic cherry blossom tree look. At the end of the class, you will bring home a 4",5" tall cake.
