Class Dates: 17th March 2021 It is sweet. It is art. It is the popstar of cakes! Let's have fun decorating CAKE POPSICLES this School Holiday! Cake Popsicles are a fun twist on a traditional cake pop. Crafted in popsicle molds, cake popsicles are an easy-to-make version of the ever-popular treat with a chocolate shell surrounding a blend of cake and frosting. Together with Chef Amber from Yume Patisserie, you will learn how to make cake popsicles from start to finish. Beginning with shaping the popsicles, learn how to coat, and decorate with quick and easy fondant decorations. Parents! Enjoy some bonding time with your kid this school holiday and have fun crafting these picture perfect little treat together. All the equipment, tools and ingredients will be provided and you will take home 4 super cute cake popsicles! The class content : * Cuteness overloaded * No more cracking or falling * How to prepare & set a cake popsicle base * Hand molding + introduction to mold * How to work with modeling chocolate * Baking of cake - demo How to coat the mold correctly to create the perfect ultra smooth finish. Recipe advice for creating cake pop dough. Filling the molds and smoothing for a perfect finish. How to create a two tone popsicle. Using molds, sprinkles and edible paints to create pretty embellishments. Attaching embellishments securely. Suitable for children age 4 years old onwards Fee: $128 per pair (1 Adult + 1 Kid) Class Duration: 3 hours We have limited vacancy with a maximum of 10 pairs per session only. Terms & Conditions 1. Cleaning/washing will be part of the baking experience. 2. In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled due to minimum number of participants is not met, sick instructor or force majure, we will inform you via email.
