I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your orders.

Orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Singapore.

Please allow additional business days processing time for all customized and personalise products.

LOCAL SHIPPING:  Delivery time is estimated between 3-7 business days.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: The normal lead time to deliver your order may take up to 2 weeks depending on your address. ​Duties, taxes and fees follow local regulations and it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the policies in their country. The recipient alone is fully responsible for payment of any fees or duties generated by their purchase.

Once the delivery is booked, you will be notified with a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or in your "My Orders" page.

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
