• Our daily cut-off time is 12:00pm (Singapore time), Mondays to Fridays only.

• Order & Copy Form received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

• Order & Copy Form received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• All Artwork & Production lead time will automatically be counted from the next business day onwards if order & copy form is received after the stated cut-off time.

• Please ensure all details, information and approval are provided and given timely to avoid any delay in processing the order & artwork.

• Any in-completed details and information received will result in delay of the completion date. Order & Copy Form lead time will only be counted from the next business day upon all full details and information received.
